Also I like to spend my free time with my friends, especially with my groupmates. In spring and in summer I like camping, it is awesome: to be face to face with the nature and feel the fresh air in the forests, freezing sometimes at nights. I hope that you will enjoy the information you find on our blog! I have chosen this project because I believe that it is very interesting to analyze cultural identity of English-speaking countries and its reflection in the language. As a matter of a fact, it is useful to penetrate into the depth of every culture to improve our knowledge not only in a spoken language but also in the cultural formation of the word. When people come across some new words, according to statistics, they are not interested in the information part of it...and that is why I am sure that you will enjoy our blog. Improve your language and your cultural level!!!
My name is Feride Emirova. I am a student at Taurida National V.I. Vernadsky University (TNU), Department of Foreign Languages. I am very interested in learning foreign languages – not only it's my future profession, but also because I really like it. I like travelling, reading, singing, dancing and, of course, communicating with interesting people. I think I am a very sociable, openhearted, and broadminded person. Of course, I have my own principles. I try to look at the bright side of life, because anyway, Life is beautiful! I am really happy to take part in the project "Countries and Cultures" (‘Australia and New Zealand’ subgroup). I have never done it before and it's my first experience. But I have great expectations from this project, because it's interesting and useful, especially for youth, for students. Such kind of activity helps us use all our abilities and facilities and gives us good results. I believe that our group work will be very productive and we will become more intelligent and enlightened people!
